I think the stories are slowly evolving. They started out a lot goofier than this. The direction they're going in the end is less so and always has been but I'm trying to figure out how to preserve some of the goofiness as I go. This particular story might not be a great example of that. It kind of decided it didn't want to go where I was originally planning on taking it.
